Chicago, IL (October 5, 2010) Ron Sipiora has joined BPI group, a rapidly growing human resources and management consultancy, as a senior vice president in the Executive Advisory Services (EAS) practice. EAS provides coaching to senior level executives undergoing personal and/or career transitions.

Sipiora, who has 30 years of experience as a human resources leader and a consultant to leading global companies, will work with business leaders and their organizations to provide solutions including coaching, career transition and change management strategies. Based in the company’s North American headquarters in Chicago, he will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and providing services to global clients.

Prior to joining BPI group, Sipiora had global client responsibility at Aon Consulting. In this leadership role, he worked with clients with operations spanning the globe on human resource and change management engagements. Prior to working in consulting, he had executive human resource responsibility for The Marmon Group. He has received many industry awards, including being named as the 2009 Volunteer of the Year by the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago.

Sipiora earned a B.A. from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois and an M.A. in Human Resources from the School of Labor and Employee Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana.
