November, 2012 - BPI group announces new International Business Unit and leadership team

CHICAGO, Nov. 8, 2012 — BPI group, a leading global management and HR consulting firm, recently announced that two of its senior leaders will be tapped to spearhead the company’s new International Business Unit, an initiative that will seamlessly connect offices from around the globe and ensure a consistent delivery of BPI’s services internationally.

Juan-Luis Goujon, current CEO of BPI group North America, will take on the added role of the International Business Unit’s director. In his new position, Goujon will be responsible for driving the organization’s strategy, structuring country leadership teams and furthering the growth of BPI group’s brand as a global leader in the HR Industry.

Additionally, Charlene Fila, the company’s current chief financial officer will also serve as international controller for the new International Business Unit. Fila will support the unit’s international leadership team as the central resource for financial reporting.

BPI group’s International Business Unit will consist of a network of more than 24 BPI partner subsidiaries and franchises across Europe, Asia and South America. The unit will leverage BPI’s Institute for Leadership to research timely and important issues affecting its clients in an effort to promote innovation and knowledge sharing amongst its global offices.

Goujon and Fila will continue to work out of BPI’s North American headquarters in Chicago.
