Chief Financial Officer
Charlene manages the firm’s financial operations, including budgets, forecasting, contracts, and reporting systems across all offices and practice areas. She is an astute financial leader known for her personal integrity and proven track record in creating systems, partnerships, and processes that maximize performance. Charlene is instrumental in all BPI group’s mergers, acquisitions, and new office openings.
Managing Director, Leadership Acceleration
Diana Faison is Managing Director of the Leadership Acceleration Practice at BPI group. With more than 20 years of expertise in the fields of leadership training, executive coaching, and performance consulting, Diana has designed and facilitated more than 600 workshops for both corporate and non-profit groups. Her passion for empowering the next generation of leaders has led her to coach and design programs targeted toward high-talent executives, including a special interest in unique learning platforms and the role they can play in leadership development and professional success.
Chief Sales, Client Service, Market Strategy Leader
Raheela brings more than 25 years of experience in executive transition and financial services to BPI group, with expertise in M&A, executive compensation, and building and leading diverse teams. In her current role, Raheela develops market strategy and leads the client solutions team for BPI group, U.S.
Managing Director, Global Executive Coaching
Mary is Managing Director of the Global Executive Coaching practice at BPI group, leading an extensive team of professional coaches in the U.S. and abroad. Mary and her team are focused on helping organizations drive change and deliver results through proven best practices in leadership and executive team development.
Director of Marketing
Ann heads up the marketing and sales support for BPI group in the United States, combining her expertise in brand strategy and corporate communications to create effective thought leadership, content marketing, and positioning programs. Ann and her team support strategic business development and sales with branding, website development, media relations, sponsorships, special events, and social media.
Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations facing complex challenges involving change, leadership development, career management, and mobility. In his current role, Kevin leads the firm’s Western Region, based in St. Louis, MO, and is responsible for designing, developing, marketing, and delivering BPI group’s core services to clients in this area. He has coached thousands of professionals and executives to achieve higher levels of performance and greater career satisfaction.
Managing Director, Career Transition Services
Emily joined the company in 2020 as Managing Director, Career Transition Services, and a member of the executive leadership team. In her role, she oversees the operation and growth of the firm’s worldwide Career Transition practice, including Executive Transition Services, with more than 1,000 consultants in more than 30 countries.
Director of Information Technology
In his current role, Jason combines his technology expertise and customer service focus to manage the firm’s technology-related requirements across all BPI group offices in the U.S. He is highly regarded for his responsiveness to company and client needs, as well as his ability to manage large-scale projects and provide practical, integrated solutions to complicated technology concerns.
