Kevin Pallardy is a Managing Partner of BPI group.
Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations facing complex challenges involving change, leadership development, career management, and mobility.
In his current role, Kevin leads the firm’s Western Region, based in St. Louis and is responsible for designing, developing, marketing, and delivering BPI group’s core services to clients in this area. He has coached thousands of professionals and executives to achieve higher levels of performance and greater career satisfaction. He leverages his extensive network of contacts to support the talent acquisition, development, retention, and transition needs of his clients.
In addition, Kevin coordinates global business development through BPI group’s strategic business partners in Mexico, Canada, and around the world.
Prior to joining BPI group, Kevin held leadership positions with Citicorp, United Technologies, and Emerson Electric, where he developed solutions to support the business growth and organizational development needs of those organizations.
Kevin has facilitated numerous innovation, leadership and team development projects for Fortune 500 companies. He also has extensive experience in planning and managing multi-site change events involving hundreds of employees, ensuring consistent services while retaining flexibility in delivery to meet the diverse needs of each client.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in human relations from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He has authored articles for professional publications on managing change and mobility, and is frequently invited to speak about career management, organizational change, innovation, leadership, career development, and workforce trends.
