Raheela brings more than 25 years of experience in executive outplacement and financial services to BPI group, with expertise in M&A, executive compensation, and building and leading diverse teams. In her current role, Raheela develops market strategy and leads the client solutions team for BPI group, North America. She partners with clients to understand their business and talent challenges, and connects them with BPI group resources. She also works with executives in career transition, networking to help connect them with their next opportunity.
Prior to BPI group, Raheela served as a senior vice president and chief strategy officer for a national boutique executive outplacement firm, where she led client relationship management and played a key role in executive career transition services. In her time in that role, she significantly expanded the firm’s client relationships and was a key contributor to developing growth strategies. She partnered with clients to implement career transition best practices, including structuring voluntary and involuntary career transition programs; reducing costs; and enhancing the individual career transition experience. She also advised clients on opportunities to implement leadership coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
Earlier in her career, Raheela worked in the financial services industry. As an independent consultant, she worked with multi-asset class firms on mutual funds and separately managed account vehicles, bringing industry expertise on financial intermediary investment sales and client service. Prior to that, she served as a managing director at The Zeigler Companies, and held several roles at The Northern Trust Corporation.
Raheela holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology and French literature from Northwestern University.
