Boomerang Employees Drive Interest in Offboarding Tools

TechTarget | Employees who leave a company might have the potential to return at a later point, but that may be dependent on his or her departure process. These boomerang employees (those who leave a company but return later) are causing some HR departments to reconsider how they handle the offboarding process and what technologies to incorporate.
