CHICAGO (Aug. 3, 2020) – BPI group announced today that it has acquired Flynn Heath Holt (FHH), a preeminent leadership development firm with 20 years of experience developing and coaching business leaders in large national and global organizations. FHH, with more than 25 highly accomplished and credentialed executive coaches and leadership development experts, will join BPI group’s newly named Leadership Acceleration practice. The firm originally hails from Charlotte, NC, but operates nationally and globally.

FHH was founded in 2001 by partners Jill Flynn and Kathryn Heath, who were later joined by Mary Davis Holt. The team quickly built a national reputation for their expertise in developing leaders in Fortune 100 organizations. With their own extensive experience as corporate executives, FHH partners have since become widely recognized for their unique expertise in developing women and under-represented groups, while continuing to work with executives of all backgrounds. Their thought leadership is evident in the bestsellers Break Your Own Rules and The Influence Effect, contributed content to Harvard Business Review, including HBR’s “Guide for Women at Work,” and other leadership content.

“We are very excited to have this fantastic and accomplished group join our team,” said Susan Gallagher, BPI group President and Chief Executive Officer. “Their unmatched expertise in helping leaders succeed is based on proven methodology that drives results. They are a perfect cultural and business fit for BPI group in our passion for delivering excellence through high-quality, high-impact coaching and leadership development to our clients.”

Jill Flynn, Co-Founder and Partner of FHH, added, “We are thrilled to join Susie Gallagher and BPI group. This partnership provides opportunities for us to scale the business and further our mission of moving leaders forward faster.”
