CHICAGO and LONDON (May 7, 2019) | BPI group, the global experts in leadership, talent, and career transition, has appointed Jessica Coetzee Director of Executive Coaching, based in London. Coetzee has worked for BPI group in both the United Kingdom (her home) and the United States across a variety of client organizations in the execution of large-scale, global executive coaching programs.

Headed by Mary Herrmann, Managing Director of Global Executive Coaching for BPI group, the  team serves a broad cross-section of Fortune 500 global companies including BP, McDonald’s Corporation, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Walgreens, as well as top healthcare organizations such as Health Care Service Corporation and Advocate Aurora Health, with a wide array of executive coaching services, including one-on-one executive coaching, new leader and team acceleration, and team optimization.

Coetzee will support BPI group’s U.S.- and European-based clients through the growth and expansion of executive coaching services and programs in the U.K. and beyond. She serves as a key point of contact with client sponsors and also plays an important role in training for the global coaching cadre to ensure alignment and delivery of global best practices. A vast majority of the cadre possesses widely recognized global executive coaching certifications.
